Not only was the staff incredibly welcoming and helpful, but the convenience of being able to park right at my chalé's door made my stay stress-free. The spacious area for children to play was a highlight for my family, and the ability to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp for any queries truly showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction. The hotel's perfect location near Churrascaria Estancia Grill and other fantastic dining options added to the overall charm of this hidden gem.
